By creating an account or using Macrofy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Macrofy is an AI-powered nutrition tracking platform. Features include meal logging, AI meal recognition, macro & calorie tracking, TDEE calculation, and personalized insights. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.

3. Not Medical Advice

Macrofy is a fitness and nutrition tool, not a medical service. Information provided is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult a doctor before making changes to your diet, especially if you have medical conditions.

4. Account & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Macrofy. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, billing cycles, and any promotional codes (such as MACROFY60) are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service, reverse-engineer it, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI Outputs

AI features (meal scan, coaching) may produce inaccurate calorie or macro estimates. Always review results before relying on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macrofy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
