1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love Macrofy. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by emailing support@getmacrofy.live.

2. Recurring Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime in your billing settings to prevent the next renewal. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

3. Promotional Codes (e.g. MACROFY60)

Promotional codes such as MACROFY60 give 2 months free. If a promo discount applied to your purchase, the refundable amount is limited to what was actually charged.
